脑膜瘤的MRI和CT表现特点分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of meningioma. Methods The imaging data of 59 cases of meningioma were collected and analyzed. Results Among 59 cases of meningioma, there were 15 cases of male, and 44 cases of female, with the ratio of 1:2.9. Most cases had single lesion (57/59, 96.6%), and most lesions were located at cerebral falx region and skull inner plate (42/57, 73.7%). The lesions showed high density on plain CT scan. Most lesions demonstrated slightly low signal (16 cases) or equisignal (23 cases) on T1WI of MRI scan, slightly high signal (26 cases) and equisignal (12 cases) on T2WI. After Gd-DTPA injection, most had obvious homogeneous enhancement (32/41, 78.0%). Dural tail sign and peritumorous edema were found on CT and MRI scan. Conclusions The imaging performances of CT and MRI are effective to preoperative diagnosis of meningioma.关键词
