Abstract
Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer after surgery, such as psychological status and clinical recovery. Methods 100 patients after breast cancer operation were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients in each. The observation group was given continuous postoperative nursing, and a systematic evaluation of the psychological status in six month after surgery. Besides, the rate of awareness of related disease knowledge was compared between these two groups before the patients were discharged. Results After six months, the SAS, SDS, SES score of the observation group were respectively (36.61±4.37), (32.81±3.19), (24.47±4.6), which were better than those of the control group (42.34±4.31), (39.39±3.93), (18.49±3.3), with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). The rate of awareness of related disease knowledge in the observation group was 96%, higher than the 66% in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Continuous nursing for patients after breast cancer operation, can effectively improve the knowledge of disease, the short-term psychological condition and the quality of life.关键词
