Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of clinical nursing for children with anaphylactoid purpura in their treatment of hemoperfusion, and to provide practical help and reference for related research. Methods A total of 128 children with anaphylactoid purpura in our hospital from November 2009 to December 2013 were randomly divided into high-quality care group (receiving high-quality nursing) and routine care group (receiving conventional nursing), with 64 cases in each group. Results After the implementation repective clinical nursing interventions in each group, the overall satisfaction rate of the high-quality care group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than the overall satisfaction rate of the routine care group (90.63%). The differences was of statistically significance (χ2=4.371 6, P=0.038 5). Conclusions In the clinical nursing for children with anaphylactoid purpura, the application of high-quality nursing is of important clinical significance. It can significantly improve the clinical nursing effect and enhance the satisfaction level ofclinical nursing.关键词
