摘要

Abstract

Objective To reduce time in reconstruction of source applicator in 3D afterloading radiotherapy so as to reduce the medical risk. Methods Automatic tracking algorithm based on gray value was adopted to reconstruct the source applicator. Results On the premise of ensuring correct reconstruction of source applicator, 1/2 of the reconstruction time was saved averagely. Conclusions There is no obvious advantage in 3D reconstruction of flexible source applicator used in nasopharyngeal afterloading radiotherapy.
