Abstract
Objective By accurately revealing risk factor for type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM), the corresponding nursing measures were discussed. Methods 65 patients with type 2 DM and 60 patients without DM were selected to screening the risk factors of DM by stepwise Logistic regression for quantitative analysis. Results Education level, body mass index, family history, smoking, food intake, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein were related to DM (P<0.05), in which, education and level high-density lipoprotein were protective factor, body mass index and family history were risk factor, and smoking, food intake, triglycerides were very risk factor of type 2 DM. Conclusions Targeted health education for patients with DM should focus on the control of food intake, exercise, smoking cessation and weight control.关键词
