Abstract
Objective To improve the understanding of clinical and X-ray features of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in children. Methods 132 MPP cases were studied retrospectively. Results MPP was common among the children aged from 4 to 7, with a rise of ESR, CRP and transaminase. The X-ray imaging mainly revealed lobular pneumonia with ipsilateral hilar enlargement. Lobar pneumonia appeared in a few cases. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of MP is typical. And the X-ray imaging contributes to diagnose the disease.关键词
