Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the treatment of soft channel minimally invasive stereotactic puncture and drainage surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 56 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomized into the control group (craniotomy) and the observation group (minimally invasive stereotactic puncture and drainage surgery), 28 patients per group. The neurological function deficit scores, clinical efficacy, complications and survival rates in the two groups were observed and compared according to the related standards. Results compared with the control group, the neurological function deficit scores were significantly decreased after 3 months and 9 months after surgery, the total effective rate and survival rate were obviously increased, the incidence of complications was significantly reduced in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusions For patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, the treatment of soft channel minimally invasive stereotactic puncture and drainage surgery can significantly increase the clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the patients'prognosis quality.关键词
