疏血通与硫辛酸联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To compare and discuss the clinical effect of Shuxuetong combined with lipoic acid and pure lipoic acid treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods 120 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups. The study group of 60 patients were given Shuxuetong combined intravenous lipoic acid for treatment, while the control group of 60 patients were given simple lipoic acid infusion therapy. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%, while the control group was 70.0%. The data of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01). SNCV and MNCV of the study group were significantly higher than the average of the control group, with statistical significance between the data (P <0.01). Conclusions The combined treatment of lipoic acid and Shuxuetong of DPN has better clinical efficacy. It can effectively enhance patients' nerve conduction velocity, and improve the impact of physical symptoms of poor quality of life, in order to achieve the purpose of better differentiation.关键词
