Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of Yuping Feng particles combined with montelukast and budesonide in treating children cough after infection. Methods 120 cases of infection in our hospital from 2011 August to 2013 August were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group were given the Yupingfeng granule combined with montelukast and budesonide treatment. The control group were treated with montelukast and budesonide. The primary outcome was an analysis and comparison of two groups of treatment of children. Results The treatment group were 38 excellent cases;15 effective cases, 7 ineffective cases, and the total effective rate was 88.33%. In the control group were 22 excellent cases, 18 effective cases, 20 ineffective cases, and the total effective rate was 66.67%. There were statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the cough relief time was (5.6±1.5) d, the cough disappeared time was (7.1±1.2) d, and the number of visits were (1.4±0.9). In the control group, the cough relief time was (7±2.5) d, the cough disappeared time was (8.6±1.8) d, and the number of visits were (2.6± 1.7) . There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Application of Yupingfeng granule combined with montelukast and budesonide as the treatment for children with cough after infection is safe and reliable, which can effectively reduce the high reaction of airway in children, improve the clinical symptoms in children, greatly improve the body immunity of children, and deserve clinical application and promotion.关键词
