Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yupingfengsan Modified Differential Treatment for allergic rhinitis. Methods 172 cases with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from September 2009 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 86 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral administration of Western medicine, while the observation group was given with Yupingfengsan Modified Differential Treatment. The clinical curative efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the turbinate volume of the two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05), the turbinate volume of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the control group was 79.07%, significantly lower than 97.68% of the observation group, with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Yupingfengsan Modified Differential Treatment is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, which can effectively improve the patients' symptoms, and deserve clinical application and promotion.关键词
