Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures of transvaginal pregnancy tissue dissection for uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods 82 patients with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section treated with transvaginal pregnancy tissue dissection in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group received 24 hours strengthening nursing intervention, while patients in the control group received routine nursing. The incidence of complications and average postoperative length of hospital stay were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had lower incidence of complications and shorter average postoperative length of hospital stay, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions For patients with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section treated with transvaginal pregnancy tissue dissection, 24 hours strengthening nursing intervention is more conducive to the rehabilitation of patients compared with routine nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
