摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of community nursing intervention on preventing fall in stroke patients. Methods 120 cases of stroke patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional discharge missionary guide, while patients in observation group were given community care interventions additionally. functional independence measure (FIM) was used to evaluate patients' activities daily living (ADL). The FIM score and rate of awareness of knowledge of preventing fall were compared between two groups. Results The FIM scores and rate of awareness of knowledge of preventing fall of observation group was significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05) Conclusions Community nursing interventions can effectively improve the activities daily living and quality of life of stroke patients.关键词
