Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the careful continuing nursing on the rehabilitation of elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 160 cases of elderly hypertensive patients from February 2011 to May 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, with 80 cases in each group. The observation group was given careful continuing nursing, while the control group was given routine care. The effect of blood pressure control, patients' compliance and satisfaction for nurses were compared between two groups. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in effect of blood pressure control, compliance and satisfaction (all P <0.05). Conclusions Careful continuing nursing intervention for the elderly hypertensive patients can improve their blood pressure, compliance, and satisfaction for nurses.关键词
