Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of AIDET communication mode in the preoperative visit of laparoscopic surgery in basic-level hospital. Methods 65 patients with preoperative visit of laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups. 29 cases of the control group received conventional methods and processes of preoperative visit, while 36 cases of the observation group received AIDET communication mode additionally. The anxiety level and satisfaction to nursing of operating room were compared between two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in SAS before visit, but the anxiety level after visit of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction to nursing of operating room of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Using AIDET communication mode for patients with preoperative visit helps to reduce the level of anxiety of patients, and improve patients' satisfaction to nursing work.关键词
