长期服药精神病患者双肾下极脂肪囊的超声评价
Ultrasound Measurement of Inferior Pole Area of Perirenal Fat in Psychiatric Patients with Long-Term Medication

Abstract
Objective To investigate whether the inferior pole area of perirenal fat (IPAPF) to be used as a cardiovascular disease risk factor of patients taking long-term antipsychotic drugs. Methods 106 psychiatric patients with long-term medication and 112 healthy people were recruited as study group and control group respectively. Demographic data, lipid and ultrasonic IPAPF were measured in two groups. Results HDL-C of study group was significantly lower than that of control group, and IPAPF was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), without significant difference in TC, TG, LDL-C, FBD between two groups (P >0.05). IPAPF was negatively correlated with HDL-C (r=-0.37, P <0.01). Conclusions IPAPF associates with index reflecting the risk of cardiovascular disease, so the ultrasound measurement of IPAPF can reflect the risk of cardiovascular in patients with long-term antipsychotic therapy.关键词
