Abstract
Objective To discuss the image manifestations and clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of patients with orbital cavernous hemangioma. Methods 15 patients with orbital cavernous hemangioma confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected and the image manifestations of MRI of all cases before surgery were analyzed respectively. Results The lesions were subround or fusiform, with smooth, uninterrupted and sharp edge. The signal of the lesion was even hypointensity on T1WI, and hyperintensity on T2WI-SPAIR, some of which were with matting caleify shown as hypointevsity both on T1WI and T2WI, and most borders of the lesion had a"halo sign"on T2WI. Enhanced scanning could display features of cavernous hemangioma of the progressive enhancement. Conclusions MRI can clearly reflect the shape, size and range of lesions of orbital cavernous hemangioma.关键词
