摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenshao&grape seed extract on cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice. Methods Immunosuppressed mice were used for experiment on the effect of experimental immune organ weight, delayed type hypersensitivity test, serum hemolysin experiment, mice carbon clearance test, and the results of the various indicators were taken for statistical analysis. Results Shenshao&grape seed extract had significant immunomodulatory effects for immunosuppressed mice, and the results of immune organ weight, delayed type hypersensitivity, serum hemolysin experiments, and mice carbon clearance test were positive. Conclusions Shenshao&grape seed extract has a good immune regulation.关键词
