董氏奇穴治疗非糜烂性反流病的临床疗效及患者生存质量观察
Observation of the Efficacy of Dong's Extraordinary Acupoints in the Treatment of Non-Erosive Reflux Disease and Effect on Patients' Quality of Life

Abstract
Objective To explore the improvement of the clinical efficacy of Dong's extraordinary acupoints in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) and patients' quality of life (QOL). Methods 80 patients with NERD were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Dong's extraordinary acupoints combined with proton pump inhibitors (PPI) for 8 weeks, while patients in the control group were treated with PPI for 8 weeks only. The clinical efficacy, score of reflux diagnostic questionnaire (RDQ) and score of WHO quality of life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) were observed and compared between two groups. Results The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). The total RDQ score and WHOQOL-BREF score of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Dong's extraordinary acupoints therapy can improve the clinical efficacy on NERD treated with PPIs, reduce the frequency of the symptom, and improve patients' quality of life.关键词
