对宫颈癌早期筛查患者实施护理干预的效果观察
Effect Observation of Nursing Intervention in Early Screening for Cervical Cancer

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention in early screening for cervical cancer in patients with cervicitis. Methods 294 cases less than 50 years old with cervicitis received the TCT and HPV check for the first time in obstetrics and gynecology clinic of our hospital from June to September in 2013 year were chosen. All cases were asked to complete a questionnaire about the early screening of cervical cancer, and the cognition before and after intervention accepted were compared. Results The difference was statistically significant in cognition before and after intervention (P <0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions The knowledge and point about prevention and treatment of cervical cancer by nurses using a variety of means including health belief model and individual health education can effectively improve the cognition of early screening for cervical cancer. Establishing health belief and improving participation in early screening for cervical cancer can achieve the aim on timely detection, timely diagnosis and timely treatment of preventing cervical cancer.关键词
