Abstract
Objective To describe the level of depression and quality of life in liver cancer patients after TACE, and to explore the relationship between depression and quality of life. Methods 130 liver cancer patients after TACE were selected. Depression and quality of life were measured by self-rating depression scale (SDS) and quality of life scale for patients of liver cancer (QOL-LC V2.0). Results 53.6%of liver cancer patients after TACE were suffered from depression. The total score of QOL-LC V2.0 was 128.21±29.72. The score of quality of life was negatively correlated with depression. Conclusions Liver cancer patients after TACE are prone to show depression. The patients with the higher level of depression have lower quality of life;Quality of life in liver cancer patients after TACE will be improved.关键词
