Abstract
Objective To investigate the radiological appearances and diagnostic value of MRI of occupied lesions in cerebellopon-tine angle, and to provide effective diagnostic basis for clinic. Methods 35 cases of patients with cerebellopontine angle proved surgically and pathologically in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2014 were selected, the preoperative MRI of these patients were retrospectively investigated. Results 15 cases were meningeoma, accounting for 43%;10 cases were acoustic neuroma, accounting for 29%;5 cases were epidermoid cyst, accounting for 14%;2 cases were arachroid cyst, 2 cases were dermoid cyst and 1 case was lipoma, which totally accounted for 14%. Conclusions As MRI can clearly reflect the shape, size and scope of the occupied lesions in cerebellopontine angle, we can make a qualitative diagnosis combining with MRI, thus to provide effective basis for clinical surgery.关键词
