活血化瘀法治疗血瘀型肝硬化患者疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Activating Blood Circulation in the Treatment of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis in Blood Stasis Model

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of activating blood circulation in treating the patients with liver cirrhosis in blood stasis model. Methods 120 cases of eligible patients were radomized into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group received Taohong Siwu decoction on the base of comprehensive treatment and symptomatic treatment, and revised with symptoms. The control group was only given comprehensive treatment and symptomatic treatment. The course of the treatment lasted 6 months, and the clinical indices were observed after 3 months and 6 months. Results The utilization of Taohong Siwu decoction effectively improved patients' clinical symptoms, reduced ALT, AST, TBiL, ALB of liver function and HA, LN, PC-Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C of fibrosis. Conclusions The combination of activating blood circulation and comprehensive treatment has significant effect on blood stasis patients with liver cirrhosis.关键词
