Abstract
Objective To research the application value of comprehensive intervention of patients with primary hypertension in township hospitals. Methods 120 cases of hypertensive patients treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was implemented conventional intervention and given antihypertensive drug, while the experimental group was implemented comprehensive intervention on the basis of the control group. The drug compliance and clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The drug compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the blood pressure, body mass index and blood lipid of two groups had statistically significant difference (P <0.05), but the heart rate had no significant difference (P >0.05); the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%, significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive intervention can improve patients' drug compliance and treatment effect, which is wrothy of application in township hospitals.关键词
