Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vidarabine monophosphate in the treatment of patients with hand-foot-mouth diseases (HFMD). Methods 300 cases of patients with hand-foot-mouth diseases treated in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were selected as objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment, with 150 cases in each group . The experimental group was given vidarabine monophosphate therapy, the control group was given ribavirin therapy. The clinical efficacy and disappearing time of clinical symptoms and signs of two groups were compared. Results After different treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 100.00%, sianificantly better than 73.33%of the the control group, with statistically significant difference (P <0.05);the fever relieving time, erythra regression time and the stomatitis healing time of the experimental group was (1.38 ±0.54) d, (2.84 ± 1.32) d, (3.15 ± 1.03) d respectively, significantly shorter than (1.86 ± 1.21) d, (4.12 ± 2.13) d, (5.46 ± 1.56) d of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of vidarabine monophosphate in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth diseases has significant clinical efficacy, patients' clinical symptoms and signs disappear quickly, which is beneficial to patients and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
