Abstract
Objective To analyse the effect of liquid nitrogen freezing method in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic and CO2 in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic in the treatment of perianal condyloma. Methods 50 cases of eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 27 patients in the study group and 23 patients in the control group. The study group received liquid nitrogen freezing method in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy, the control group was given CO2 in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy. The total effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 85.2%, higher than 82.6% of the control group, but without statistically significant difference (P >0.05); the recurrence rate of the study group was 7.4%, significantly higher than 13.0%of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions The effect of liquid nitrogen frozen in combination with photodynamic in treating perianal condyloma is slightly better than CO2 laser combined with photodynamic therapy;while the recurrence rate of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in combination with photodynamic is significantly lower than CO2 laser and photodynamic therapy.关键词
