音乐电针疗法在脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果分析
Analysis on the Effect of Music Electric Acupuncture in the Treatment of Sleep Disorder After Stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of music electric acupuncture therapy in patients with sleep disorder after stroke. Methods 167 patients with sleep disorder after stroke in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups:group A (routine rehabilitation group, n=50), group B (magnetic therapy training group, n=57) and group C (music electric acupuncture training group, n=60). The PSQI scores of three groups were recorded, and the changes of clinical indicators of three groups were compared and analyzed. Results The PSQI score of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between group A and group B (P>0.05), but there were statistically significant differences in the total effective rate between group A and group C, and between group B and group C (P<0.05). Conclusions Music electric acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the quality of sleep of patients with sleep disorder after stroke. It has positive significance, which is worthy of promotion.关键词
