急危重症患者家属心理干预的效果研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the methods of psychological intervention of relatives of patients with severe acute disease and its clinical effect. Methods 100 patients with severe acute disease were divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The relatives of patients in the experimental group were given targeted psychological intervention on the basis of disease condition, disease category and relatives' demand. The nursing satisfaction was compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of psychological intervention group was higher than that of control group, and the difference between two group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Psychological intervention on relatives of patients with severe acute disease can help to improve quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.关键词
