Application of Quality Nursing Care in Children with Congenital Heart Disease Surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of quality nursing care after surgery in children with congenital heart disease. Methods 40 children with congenital heart disease surgery were selected and given quality nursing care. The postoperative FLACC score, incidence of complications and relations' satisfaction score to nursing were summarized, and children's quality of life before and after nursing was compared. Results The postoperative FLACC gradually decreased with the passage of time. Relations' satisfaction rate was 95.0%. Children's score of quality of life increased significantly after nursing (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.0%. Conclusions For children with congenital heart disease, quality nursing care after surgery can improve children's quality of life, control their pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote harmonious relations between nurses and patients.关键词
