Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors and nursing measures of hypoglycaemia during hematodialysis of diabetic nephropathy patients with insulin treatment, so as to provide reference for clinic. Methods 300 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated with hypoglycaemia in our hospital from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014 were selected and analyzed retrospectively. The related factors of hypoglycemia during hematodialysis were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis, and the related nursing methods were summarized. Results Age≥60 years old, course of diabetic nephropathy≥1 year, and oral hypoglycemic drugs were the risk factors of hypoglycaemia during hematodialysis of diabetic nephropathy patients with insulin treatment. Conclusions For diabetic nephropathy patients with insulin treatment, those who with age ≥ 60 years old, course of diabetic nephropathy ≥ 1 year, and oral hypoglycemic drugs should be given enhanced clinical care, so as to avoid the occurrence of serious adverse prognosis.关键词
