Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of 128 slice spiral CT in diagnosis of pediatric pulmonary atelectasis. Methods 80 cases of children with suspected pulmonary atelectasis treated in our hospital from August 2010 to February 2014 were selected, all patients were treated with 128 slice spiral CT scan and fiber bronchoscopy. The scope, characteristics and structure of pulmonary atelectasis were analyzed, the pathogenic mechanism, cause of bronchial stenosis and obstruction were discussed. Results Of 80 suspected patients, 77 cases of patients with pulmonary atelectasis were confirmed by surgery and pathology, the positive rate was 96.3%. The etiology included endobronchial tuberculosis and inflammation (24.7%), bronchial foreign body (20.8%), bronchial mucus plug (28.6%), cardiovascular malformation (5.2%), bronchial malformation (7.8%), bronchial granuloma (7.8%), tumor compression (5.2%) and so on. The conformity of 128 slice spiral CT and bronchoscopy was 100.0%. 77 cases of children were pulmonary atelectasis with right lung atelectasis in 58 cases, left lung atelectasis in 19 cases, whole lobe atelectasis in 9 cases, upper lobe atelectasis in 30 cases, middle lobe atelectasis in 14 cases, lower lobe atelectasis in 24 cases. Conclusions In clinical diagnosis of pediatric pulmonary atelectasis, 128 slice spiral CT scanning technology is simple, with fast scanning speed, high resolution, and can show the detail features of lesion site in multi-angle, multi-level and multi-section, which has high diagnostic coincidence rate and deserves promotion.关键词
