摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the species of superficial mycosis and the distribution characteristics of pathogenic bacteria strains. Methods 987 cases of patients with tentative diagnosis of superficial mycosis admitted to the dermatological department from December 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research objects. Microscopy, isolated culture and strain identification were used for clinical specimens. Results Of 987 samples, 280 cases (28.37%) were positive specimens with the method of microscopy, 190 cases (19.25%) with isolated culture and 316 cases (32.02%) with microscopy combined culture. The positive rate of combined test was higher than that of single microscopy and single culture, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). 316 positive patients showed onychomycosis in 147 cases (46.52%), manus and tinea pedis in 72 cases (22.78%), tinea corporis in 64 cases (20.25%), tinea cruris in 29 cases (9.18%) and tinea capitis in 4 cases (1.27%). Onychomycosis and manus and tinea pedis were common in women, tinea corporis and tinea cruris were common in men, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Twelve kinds of pathogenic bacteria included 103 strains (32.59%) of trichophyton rubrum, 78 strains (24.68%) of candida, 67 strains (21.20%) of alpha fungus, 14 strains (4.43%) of aspergillus, 13 strains (4.11%) of dematiaceous fungi, 11 strains (3.48%) of rhodotorula, 7 strains (2.22%) of mucor, 6 strains (1.90%) of penicillium, 4 strains (1.27%) of microsporum canis, 2 strains (0.63%) of trichosporon, one strain (0.32%) of cryptococcus albidus and 10 strains (3.16%) of mixed infection. Conclusions The positive rate of microscopy combined culture is higher than that of single microscopy and single culture, onychomycosis and manus and tinea pedis are the most common superficial mycosis, and trichophyton rubrum and candida are the main pathogenic fungi.关键词
