摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of candesartan on renal hemodynamics and function of patients with hypertension. Methods 38 cases of patients with hypertension were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 19 cases in each group. Both groups retained the antihypertensive drugs and stopped taking AT1 inhibitors, and the observation group was given candesartan (8 mg/d) on this basis. The treatment course of two groups were 6 months. The peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), renal resistive index (RI), serum creatinine (Cr), microalbuminuria (mALB) andβ2-microglobulin (β2-MG) were detected by Doppler ultrasound before and after the treatment, all the indexes and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results Before treatment, the level of blood pressure (BP), PSV, EDV, RI, mAlB,β2-MG and Cr of two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the level of PSV and EDV of observation group were significantly increased, and the level of BP, RI, mAlB,β2-MG and Cr of observation group were significantly decreased; the level of BP of control group were significantly decreased; all the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Serious adverse reactions in two groups were not found. Conclusions Candesartan has significant impact on renal hemodynamics and function of patients with hypertension, which is worthy of promotion.关键词
