双相情感障碍青少年患者母亲教养方式与孤独感相关研究
Correlative Study on Meternal Parenting Style and Loneliness of Adolescent with Bipolar Disorder

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics and relationship of maternal parenting style and loneliness in adolescent with bipolar disorder, so as to provide basis for formulating preventive intervention. Methods 46 adolescent with bipolar disorder in a psychiatric hospital were randomly selected as study group, and 54 students with psychiatric histories in a middle school were selected as control group. The demographic information, maternal parenting styles and loneliness in two groups were collected. Results The score of emotional warmth of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the scores of severe punishment and loneliness of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Bivariate correlation indicated that the loneliness of patients in the study group had higher correlation with maternal rejection and denial and maternal punishment than that of the control group. Conclusions The loneliness of adolescent with bipolar disorder is correlated with maternal parenting styles, which indicates that it's reasonable to assess the maternal parenting style and provide targeted interventions.关键词
