Calculation Method of Make-up Torque of Round Thread Tubing
摘要
Abstract
Make-up torque is one of the main factors that affects the connection quality of thread in oil-gas well.A new calculation method of make-up torque of oil tube is presented according to the meshing characteristics of the finite element model of threaded joints.Taking N80 grade casing as analysis object, the make-up torque was calculated by using the finite element analysis results and the make-up torque calculation formula under different interference ring number,and then compared with the given results in the relevant standards.Results show that the calculation results by using calculation formula is very close to relevant standards.关键词
