核反应堆厚壁压力容器焊缝TOFD检测缺陷高度分辨率探究

摘要
Abstract
The height resolution of 220 mm thick nuclear reactor pressure vessels in TOFD ( time of flight diffraction,TOFD) testing was analyzed theoretically,and the function curve of height resolution changed with the buried depth was drawn. When the height of defect was smaller than the height resolution of sys-tem,a method based on spectrum analysis to size the height of a defect was proposed. The method′s effec-tiveness was validated by experiment on three side-drilled hole (22. 5 mm buried,ϕ3. 0 mm;40. 0 mm buried,ϕ2. 0 mm;80. 0 mm buried,ϕ2. 0 mm). The further numerical simulation result demonstrated that the height of a 182. 0 mm buried,ϕ2. 0 mm side-drilled hole can be evaluated accurately by using the spectrum analysis method.关键词
