摘要

Abstract

Comparing with oil, there are more coal reserves in China. Methanol which is produced from coal is significant to the technology of methanol to olefins( MTO) . The corrosion and the device RBI eval-uation case,comparison the specific characteristics of MTO device and petrochemical device similar to flu-id catalytic cracking( FCC) the reaction and regeneration. Ethylene quench special parts. A detailed de-scription of the damage mechanism of MTO device are:organicacid,347H material sensitized etc. . The main corrosion monitoring sites of MTO device management and process corrosion protection method. To provide a technical guarantee for the safe operation of the MTO device.
