摘要
Abstract
A series of analysis and research involve crack metallographic analysis,micro-hardness analy-sis,micro-area analysis,fracture analysis,etc have been aimed at the crack sample which was taken from the hydrogenation reactor.A lot of information which is relative to the crack has been acquired through ex-perimental research,and finally decide the crack is reheat crack.The research provides references for qualitative analysis on welding crack of this type of steel.Besides that,the production mechanism of reheat crack was described briefly and the corresponding prevention measures were provided.The effectiveness of these measures has been proved in production practices.关键词
