摘要

Abstract

To improve the production efficiency and achieve a long-term operation in the petrochemical in-dustry,the traditional periodical inspection scheme is not that suitable in determining inspection cycle and inspection methods,cause the inspection methods and maintenance technology of pressure vessels is chan-ging fast along with the development of oil refining and chemical technology.Hefei General Machinery Re-search Institute of Special Equipment Inspection Station spend nearly 10 years to carry out Risk Based In-spection(RBI)work in more than 700 sets of petrochemical plants,summarized and proposed risk-based optimization technology of pressure equipment inspection in petrochemical plant,according to the needs of long-term operation,an optimal Inspection program which is based on the whole life overall planning process of the plant will be developed.
