摘要

Abstract

The reactor pressure vessel is the most important one of nuclear mechanical equipment,the re-pair technology of the flange stud holes have been focusing both at home and abroad.A damaged M155 ×4 thread of nuclear plant is taken as an example,three repair schemes are designed and analyzed separately from the thread strength check,the residual elongation effect,the sealing area check.The re-sults show that three repair schemes are feasible in technology,in engineering a proper scheme should be selected according to many factors such as processing equipment,cost,engineering experience.It provides reference for the repair of the flange stud hole of reactor pressure vessel.
