摘要

Abstract

To prevent the occurrence of reheat cracking in the vanadium modified steel (2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V)heavy reactors fabrication,all vanadium modified steel welding materials have to be determined the toughness of weld metal by using gleeble reheat cracking(GRC)test from 2008.To study the influ-ence of some test parameters on the result,the vanadium modified steel specimens should be done the welding thermal cycle simulation test to get a simulated heat affected zone(HAZ)and then done GRC test in different parameter values.The experimental results implies the sampling location has litter effect and the strain rate has great effect on the test results,and the soaking duration has litter effect until the soa-king time reaches 10 min,which provide a basis for reasonable choice of parameters of GRC test.
