摘要

Abstract

A parametric geometric model was built up for T22 steel tubes,to find out the effect of fireside oxide scale on wall temperatures by FEM and Larson-Miller formula.Calculation results show that the growth rate of fireside oxide scale is greater than that of the steam-side scale.Fireside oxide scale has little influence on the growth rate of the steam-side scale growth and the inner tube wall temperature.However, existence of fireside oxide scale leads to the increasing of the average tube temperatures, the outer wall temperatures,the thermal stress and creep stress of the tube,which does a great impact on the lifetime of the furnace tube,and can not be ignored.
