摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of centralized management of reused medical instrument in interventional catheter lab. Methods By adjusting decentralized management to centralized management of reused medical instrument in interventional catheter lab, we evaluated the quality indicators of cleaning and package quality, compare drape quality, cleaning quality and package normativity, etc. Results The qualified rate of drape quality, cleaning quality and package normativity and other quality indicators in centralized management group are signiifcantly higher than that of decentralized management group(P<0.05). Conclusion Centralized management of reused medical instruments in interventional catheter lab could effectively improve cleaning and package quality, reduce the risk of hospital-in infection, economize human resource and material resource and decrease medical costs.关键词
