Analysis Based on 2/8 Rule Procurement Process for Medical Devices
摘要
Abstract
Procurement of medical equipment is an important part in hospital management process, is the material basis of the hospital's development and the way to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital. Based on 2/8 rule, guided by the key indicators before the purchase, this paper diagnoses and analyses the current medical equipment procurement through listing, to understand the problem during procurement and ifnd relevant solutions. By optimizing the process of authorizing procedure, supplier choosing and management, procurement and budget balancing, the procurement will become shorter and more efifcient.关键词
