Abstract
Catheter-based renal denervation (RDN) has become a novel technique for the treatment of resistant hypertension. SymplicityTM System is the ifrst application applied to clinical trials for the treatment of hypertension. The system has passed the EU's CE certiifcation. The safety and efifcacy of the system have been proved in many clinical trials. More clinical trials and long-term follow-up are ongoing. This review will focus on the characteristics and relevant clinical trials of the radiofrequency ablation catheter system.关键词
