摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the imaging features of meniscus tear during the scanning process of low-ifeld MRI and explore the diagnosis value and application value of low-ifeld MRI in meniscal tear in primary hospitals. Methods The low-ifeld MRI images of 44 patients treated from August 2011 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were diagnosed as knee meniscus tear with arthroscopy or surgery. Results The MRI images of all the patients clearly showed the high signals of various sequences including linear shapes, strips and star-like cracks in meniscus as well as the signs including meniscus truncation, meniscus loose bodies and meniscus rupture. Conclusion Low-field MRI could accurately display the features and degrees of knee meniscus tear and explicitly exclude false positive cases of meniscus tear, which indicates that low-ifeld MRI can play an important role in diagnosing knee meniscus tear in primary hospitals.关键词
