Abstract
Objective To discuss the application of low-dose spiral CT in children with measles pneumonia and summarize the imaging feastures.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical diagnosis of measles pneumonia in 47 cases, all of which underwent low dose spiral CT scanning. The CT image characteristics were analyzed.Results CT manifestations of pulmonary hyperinflation in 19 cases, bronchovascular bundle thickening in 47 cases, and interstitial reticulum nodules in 31 cases. The size, density and distribution of nodules are not uniform, obviously in lungs. There were 3 cases of pneumothorax, 1 case of subcutaneous and mediastinal emphysema.Conclusion Low dose spiral CT can be used in diagnosing children with measles pneumonia. Pulmonary hyperinlfation and interstitial markings, small nodules were the most common imaging features of children with measles pneumonia.关键词
