Application of WPS Spreadsheets in the Recording and Statistical Work of Security Service Information of Medical Engineering
摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the recording and summarizing efficiency of security service information of medical engineering.Methods The spreadsheets which can be used to record the security service information were designed with WPS software. Thus the statistics analysis of summarized working data of various engineers can be conducted with the PivotTable of the spreadsheets.Results Relevant staff can record, summarize and analyze the security service information with the application of WPS spreadsheets.Conclusion WPS spreadsheets with low cost and high application value which were used in data recording and summarizing can meet the basic requirements of daily data recording and summarizing of medical engineering department.关键词
