Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of digital tomosynthesis (DTS) in skeletal imaging diagnostics.Methods 68 patients who could not be identified as fractures with general radiography in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2013 were selected. Then digital tomosynthesis and CT examination were employed to these patients.Results 66 patients (97.05%) were determined as occult fractures by DTS while 56 patients (82.35%) were determined as occult fractures by CT. There were signiifcant differences between the two diagnostic methods on fracture decetion rate (P<0.05). The proportion of high-quality images obtained by DTS was 94.11% while that of high-quality images obtained by CT examination was 85.29%. There were signiifcant differences between the two methods on the proportion of high-quality images (P<0.05).Conclusion DTS with high diagnostic accuracy, clear images and low radiation dose is worth to be promoted.关键词
