摘要
Abstract
Objective To expound the ultrasonographic manifestation of synovial bursa lesions around elbow joints, and explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound.Methods The elbow joints of 26 patients with suspected synovial bursa lesions were examined by ultrasound. Whether the synovial bursa was enlarged as well as the size, morphology, capsule wall and the echo inside the capsule of the enlarged synovial bursa were observed and compared with those of contralateral joints.Results 19 cases were determined as olecranon subcutaneous synovial bursa lesions and 2 cases were determined as triceps tendon synovial bursa lesions as well as 5 cases were determined as humerus radial synovial bursa lesions.Conclusion Ultrasonography not only can diagnose the synovial bursa lesions around elbow joints fast and conveniently, but also can diagnose lesions of tendon insertion sites around elbow joints as well as lesions in the joint capsule.关键词
