Abstract
Based on the operation procedure and methods of quality control circle (QCC), this paper discusses the reasons of high frequency of purchasing medical consumables in operating room and puts forwards some improvement approaches to solve above problems. Management methods based on QCC not only can effectively reduce the frequency of purchasing medical consumables, but also can improve the efifciency of consumables requisition in the whole hospital.关键词
